Contracts purchased from Ingram Micro for ADTRAN, Fujitsu, HP and Lenovo
can be registered on one site, in a single, consistent format. This eliminates
the hassle of registering on multiple manufacturer sites. Completed records
are automatically sent to manufacturers for verification, resulting in
immediate service deployment for your customers. When you register service
contracts, you create a renewal opportunity.
View and Renew Service Contracts
You can tap into the RSP's powerful database capabilities to determine
when your customers' contracts are set to expire, and then contact them
for renewals. The RSP houses the details you need to sell a renewal, including
hardware asset, service-contract number, end-client data and recommended
renewal SKUs. Opt-in to receive automatic e-mail notification 30, 60,
