Services Portal Opens the Door to Opportunity
Since its introduction in early 2006, Ingram Micro's free, automated Reseller
Services Portal has been delivering a competitive edge to solution providers
who take advantage of it -- solution providers like Chris Ferry, vice
president of sales for San Diego, Calif.-based Technology Integration
Group.
"We are very excited about the capabilities the Reseller Services
Portal extends to us," says Ferry. "The ability to track residual
service contracts is a serious value-add. (The portal) brings it all together
