  1. Install and update Cisco IOS to CallManager Express 4 and add GUI (web interface) files, phone loads and other updates. This includes installation and verification of all hardware modules and memory. Configurations generated using Cisco’s Quick Configuration Tool are installed and tested.
  2. Install and configure Cisco Unity Express (CUE) Operating System including update to latest version, installation of purchased user license and enable Voiceview features
  3. IP Phone registration and Services configuration. This includes scanning in the MAC-addresses of IP Phones that are part of the order. Verification of dial tone for phones that are part of the order. Scanned IP Phone MAC-addresses are placed on CD with other customer specific files.
