Step 1: Review U.S. Reseller Requirements
- All Ingram Micro product sales to applicant will be subject to Ingram Micro
Sales Terms and Conditions
as published on www.ingrammicro.com at the time of sale. Any variance from
the terms and conditions will be effective only if agreed to in writing by
Ingram Micro prior to the time of sale.
- An Ingram Micro account is required before pricing and availability can
be provided. To establish an account, complete the application
below.
- If your business resides outside the U.S., go to www.ingrammicro.com
and select your country location from the drop-down menu on the home page.
This will take you to the appropriate region.

Step 2: Complete the Application Process
- All reseller applications are subject to a refundable $100 fee. Payment
may be made with Discover, MasterCard or Visa. American Express is not accepted.
The application fee will be refunded after 120 calendar days to new customers
whose accounts show net sales of $1,500 or more in billed product during the
first 60 calendar days after the opening of the account.

All information on the forms below must be typed directly into the form
prior to printing. Handwritten applications will NOT be accepted.
Required Forms
Please include all necessary forms and ensure they are complete and signed before
returning them to us. All forms must be hand signed. No electronic signatures
will be accepted.
Reseller
Credit Application
Application processing will take the same amount of time for both
net terms and credit card payment requests. Requesting net terms will not lengthen
your application processing time.
State-Specific Tax Certificates:
The Multijurisdiction Uniform Sales and Use Tax Certificate is part of the Reseller
Application and is valid for all states except Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts,
New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming. State-specific
forms for those states are below. Please complete the appropriate form for each
state in which you are registered:
