Effective April 26, 2008, the 0% Financing Offer for Small Business
Will Only be Available on UC500 Deals
UC500 applications should be submitted before June 30th, 2008 and will
be honored thru the end of the fiscal year . At this point, no FY09 0%
program has been approved. CME opportunities already in progress (with
an approved application) will still be honored through April 26, 2008
if a credit application has been approved prior to March 31, 2008. No
new CME opportunities should be initiated.

Finance Offer
Economic Stimulus Finance Offer from Cisco Capital
In addition to the revised 0% UC500 offer, you will soon have access this
new offer. The Economic Stimulus Finance Offer will apply to all commercial
deals, all technologies and it will offer customers an interest-free,
three-month payment deferral. Cisco is covering the cost of that three
months worth of interest for you -- to allow you to get the solution you
need when you need it.
While this offer does apply to all technology solutions, it can't be combined
with the 0% offer for UC solutions. You will have to choose one or the
other during the eligible period.

Business Edition Reseller Program
Qualifying partners can gain access to Cisco Unified Communications Manager
Business Edition products for the 150- to 500-user market segment. By
completing the program requirements, partners demonstrate their competency
in deploying these solutions and are eligible to participate in the Cisco
Value Incentive Program.
The Cisco Authorized Business Edition Reseller Program is customized
for partners who focus on midsized businesses, and it requires training
and exams for only the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Business Edition.
To attain the Cisco Authorized Business Edition Reseller designation,
gain access to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Business Edition,
and be eligible for Cisco Value Incentive Program rewards, partners should
take the recommended training and pass the mandatory exams.

Application Process
Follow these steps to apply for the program:
- The Cisco sponsor (channel account manager or systems engineer) determines
your eligibility for the program. Work with the sponsor to identify
your requirement gaps and create a development plan.
- Apply for the program through the CSApp
tool. Once logged into the tool, choose Access Program Application.
Next, find and click on the Specialization Application tab. Finally,
choose Cisco Authorized Business Application Program.
- Satisfy program requirements and become eligible to participate in
the Cisco
Value Incentive Program.

This is a financing option for large opportunities. Offers 45 days of
interest-free financing for Fortune 1000 companies, educational institutions
and government agencies. Credit approval is based on the financial strength
of the end user combined with reseller risk.
- Select Source
It takes Purchase Order Financing to the next level. Select Source
is an end-users financing program with back-office support for solution
providers. IFSC ships, bills and collects on the solution provider’s
behalf. Offers 45 days of interest-free financing for Fortune 1000 companies,
educational institutions and government agencies. Credit approval is
based on the financial strength of the end user combined with reseller
risk.
- Preferred Source
It's a Purchase Order assignment program. Ingram Micro passes title
directly to the end user. Preferred Source also provides A/R management
and collections, and pays the solution provider a referral fee.
- Ingram Micro Preferred Leasing (IMPL)
