On a separate cover page, please list the position(s) you are applying for with the appropriate job code(s) (e.g., Associate Buyer, 000378). Include your name, complete address and phone number at the top of both your resume and cover page. Do not include your e-mail address on the top line of either page. Mail Résumés

Please mail your cover letter listing the position(s) for which you are applying and your résumé to either of the addresses listed below. Use standard-weight white paper and black ink with a font size of 10 or 12 points. Do not use bullet points or words that are bolded, underlined or italicized. Avoid handwriting on résumés and envelopes.

E-mail Résumés

Copy the text of your cover page into the body of a message to the e-mail address listed below and submit your résumé either in the same message or as an attachment in one of the following formats: Microsoft Word 6 or 7, WordPerfect, Rich Text Format (RTF), HTML or ASCII text.
