We regularly assess our pay practices against other companies in
our industry and within the relevant labor markets to ensure that
we are providing competitive compensation to our associates.

Medical, Dental and Vision
As an Ingram Micro full-time associate, you will be offered medical,
dental and vision coverage from the first day of work. We provide
company-paid basic-life Insurance as well as short- and long-term
disability plan coverage. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) help
participants pay for dependent care and out-of-pocket health care
costs with pre-tax dollars. |

EAP provides you and your family members with confidential counseling
about parenting, relationship issues, substance abuse, stress

This program includes on-site health screenings and flu shots,
with an emphasis on programs and resources available to associates
through our health plans and other wellness providers; it provides

Ingram Micro teams with local banks to offer associates in Santa
Ana, Calif., and Buffalo, N.Y., convenient banking services through
on-site ATMs. Associates also receive discounted services and rates. |

Aramark provides food services (including catering) for Santa Ana
and Buffalo associates in on-site cafeterias. They also provide
