Types of placement:
- Full-Time Direct Personnel:
This is an economical solution in which the solution provider
pays only 15% of the accepted candidate’s annual salary (for
sales or IT personnel).
- Temporary/Project-Based:
Ideal for short-term needs, this option offers both low-end
labor and high-end specialized technical resources. Contract a technical
resource and only pay for the number of hours needed. A minimum
of four hours per engagement is required.
- Temporary-to-Hire Labor:
Convert your temporary contractor to full-time direct employment at a prorated fee. Enjoy significant savings on recruitment and placement services at a fixed price and have the flexibility to augment your staff only when needed.
All placements are contingent based, so there is no upfront cost to participate or submit a request. To initiate a request, fill out the Pro Services Worksheet and email the completed form to Laura Burtis.
Invoicing
All invoicing is coordinated by Ingram Micro and handled according to the established terms a partner already has with Ingram Micro.
- For direct placements of permanent resources, Ingram Micro will create an order on the start date of the resource with the company.
- For temporary, temp-to-perm, or project based assignments, an order will be created on a weekly basis according to the number of hours worked or at the conclusion of the project.
