Ingram Industries acquired a majority interest
in Micro D, Inc. |

Established an Export Department to meet
the demand from overseas markets not served by our international
subsidiaries. |

Ingram Micro D was created when Micro D
(Santa Ana) merged with Ingram Computer (Buffalo). Ingram Micro
D entered Europe through the acquisition of Belgium-based SoftEurop.
The company’s first internal newsletter --Global Impact
--was printed. |

The “D” in the company name was dropped,
and "Ingram Micro" was created. |
| 1992 |
Entered the Asia-Pacific region by launching
operations in Malaysia and Singapore. |
| 1993 |
Entered Mexico and Central America as Ingram
Dicom. Launched our own brand VideoSeven (V7) in Europe. |

Ingram Micro split off from privately-owned
Ingram Industries and became a public company listed on the
New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "IM." |

Opened advanced logistics centers (ALCs)
in Carol Stream, Ill. and Millington, Tenn. Began acquisition
of Singapore-based Electronic Resources Limited (ERL), and gained
immediate entry into ten Asia-Pacific countries (acquisition
completed in 1999). |

Opened ALC in Dallas. Created export divisions
to serve international markets without in-country operations.
This aggressive strategy positioned Ingram Micro Inc. as the
world’s largest distributor in 1998. Launched the VentureTech
Network. |

Opened ALC in Lickdale, Penn. Launched IM
Logistics. |
| 2001 |
Opened a West Coast Solution Center in Santa
Ana, Calif. |
| 2002 |
Opened ALC in Mira Loma, Calif. Consolidated
U.S. and Canadian operations into a single North American unit. |
| 2004 |
Entered the data capture/point-of-sale (DC/POS)
space through acquisition of San Diego-based Nimax Inc. Doubled
our Asia-Pacific presence through acquisition of Singapore-based
Tech Pacific, making Ingram Micro the first and only global
broad-based distributor with presence in Asia-Pacific. |

Opened an East Coast Solutions Center in
Buffalo, N.Y. Announced Gregory M. Spierkel as our CEO. Expanded
our consumer electronics presence through acquisition of AVAD.
Moved our internal newsletter Glo bal Impact to an online format. |
| 2006 |
Celebrated our 10th anniversary as a public
company. Entered the DC/POS space in Europe through acquisition
of SymTech Nordic AS. Established V7 as a global brand. |

Expanded our East Coast Solutions Center
with access to emerging technologies. Fortified our presence
in the CE space through acquisition of U.S.-based DBL Distributing.
Sold our Asian semiconductor business unit to Tokyo-based Tomen
EC. |

Moved beyond the Nordics in our European DC/POS presence through
acquisitions of U.K.-based Paradigm, French-based Eurequat and
German-based Intertrade. |
| 2009 |
Restructured our Nordics operations to focus
our broad-based distribution business on the Swedish market
while further developing our DC/POS business in the four Nordic
countries. Expanded DC/POS and enterprise presence through acquisitions
of Vantex in New Zealand and VAD in Australia, respectively,
in April. Celebrate our 30th anniversary. |
