Recruitment Process Outsource (RPO): Share
the costs of a dedicated IT recruiter along with several other Ingram
Micro solution providers. You pay one flat monthly rate yet receive
a dedicated recruiter for your company’s labor needs.
Full Tme/Direct Hire: You pay only 15%
of the accepted candidate’s first year salary. No upfront
costs or investment is required.
Temp to Hire (project/contract-based): Ingram
Micro can deliver certified and non-certified technicians and engineers
on a temporary basis. This option is ideal for your short and long
term needs, and offers both low-end labor and high-end specialized
technical resources.
Temp to Hire (SKU-based weekly labor): Contract-labor
SKUs are purchased in 40-hour increments and can be used to deploy
non-certified, A+ certified and network-engineer labor on site with
24-hour notice.
