Ingram Micro Services Network (IMSN)

Extend your geographic reach and technical competency by utilizing the services expertise of other Ingram Micro partners. All service providers in IMSN have signed program agreements that contain non-disclosure and non-compete clauses, providing you the confidence to support your customers' needs without the worry of losing portfolios to a possible competitor. You will still own the relationship with the end-user, and any adjustments to the service request are coordinated by the service provider working directly with you. The IMSN currently has capabilities to support needs in the US, Canada and internationally.

Members
Members of IMSN have access to the services and service capabilities of other Ingram Micro partners 24/7/365 through our custom-designed online portal IMOnsite. Through this web accessible portal, IMSN members can request services of other Ingram Micro partners directly, and will have a real-time record of the service request, all the way from creation to closure.

Non-Members
For the occasional service request, all Ingram Micro partners still have capabilities to utilize the services of IMSN Members. Simply fill out the survey and the information will route to the IMSN dispatch team who will act as an IMSN member on your behalf to identify a capable and available service provider, gather pricing, and then create and complete a case to ensure the end-user needs is satisfied.

Project Deployment Services
With more than 15 years of experience handling technology  rollouts of all sizes, our IMSN dispatch team is capable of finding the right partners to scope, quote and execute project opportunities. We'll also coordinate with the other Ingram Micro teams – Integration Services, IM Logistics and IM-Financial – to minimize cost and have their projects/rollouts handled by a single provider.  

Invoicing
All invoicing is handle on the back-end by Ingram Micro. All of the costs associated with a case are reviewed and agreed to at the creation of  case -- there are no hidden surprises. Once the case is confirmed to be complete and the final approval has been provided by the lead provider in the IMOnsite portal, the appropriate debits and credits download to the Ingram Micro partners’ accounts for processing according to the usual terms of the Ingram Micro monthly invoice. The customer does not have to write a check to the technician; the lead requestor does not have to write a check to the technician; all of the parties involved can dedicate their time to driving sales.
