The high-quality, tested systems provided through the Frameworks unbranded offering allows resellers to spend less time in the back room and more time consulting with and servicing their end users," Antone said. Frameworks Unbranded OfferingUnbranded systems are built to order at Ingram Micro's 488,000-square foot, ISO 9002-certified integration facility in Memphis. All systems are built to the resellers' specifications and are quality-tested before shipment. Ingram Micro offers the largest array of third-party components, which can be added to unbranded systems to provide custom solutions. In addition, Ingram Micro offers resellers desiring a higher degree of involvement in the integration process the option of overseeing major projects at the Memphis facility. While there, resellers interact with Frameworks technicians, have access to a private office and receive status reports on their end-users' orders.
