INGRAM MICRO ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE PROMOTIONS

Everaet joined Ingram Micro in 1993 as legal manager, Europe. In 1994, he was promoted to director, legal affairs, and in 1997 to senior director, legal affairs, and managing director of the IECC. He was the first in-house counsel employed by Ingram Micro Europe. Prior to his tenure with Ingram Micro, Everaet was a lawyer in Brussels for four years.

He established Ingram Micro's legal department in Europe, which now includes five lawyers, and has played an integral role in Ingram Micro's acquisition activities.

Everaet holds a law degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a degree in economical law from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles.

May, a 14-year-veteran of Ingram Micro, continues to hold responsibility for the company's sales operations and customer service in the United States. In her new role, she will assume additional responsibility for the sales training and technical support organizations. In total, she will be managing a team of nearly 500 associates. The change designates executive responsibility for pre- and post-sale customer contact and support.

May has held management-level positions in telesales and director-level positions in major accounts and the consumer markets division. She holds a bachelor's degree in sociology and business from California State University, Fullerton.
