INGRAM MICRO DISPATCHES
ELECTRONIC RESOURCES LIMITED TAKEOVER OFFER
SANTA ANA, Calif., Jan. 28, 1999
Ingram Micro Inc., the world's largest wholesale
distributor of technology products and services,
announced today that its subsidiary, Ingram Micro
Singapore Inc., has dispatched to Electronic
Resources Limited shareholders and warrantholders
the offer document which contains the full details
of its unconditional takeover offer. The share and
warrant offers will be open for acceptance in
Singapore until 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 19, 1999, unless
extended. Standard Chartered Merchant Bank Asia
Limited is acting as financial advisor for Ingram
Micro in the transaction.
