INGRAM MICRO NAMES SEVEN-YEAR VETERAN SENIOR DIRECTOR, PRODUCT MARKETING AND GENERAL MANAGER, TECHNICAL PRODUCTS DIVISIONSANTA ANA, Calif., Sept. 30, 1996 Snow, 33, has been with the company since 1989 and has contributed greatly to the success of Ingram Micro's technical products with the development and execution of new and innovative marketing programs for VARs. According to Amy Hoffman, vice president of product marketing: "Lori's wide-ranging marketing background and expertise in technical products have helped her consistently lead the division to increased sales. She has also helped design and expand programs that benefit our customers." Snow first served Ingram Micro as a networking and UNIX instructor in Technical Education. She then joined TPD as a marketing manager and was promoted to director in 1994. She now supervises a team of 28 associates and continues to report to Hoffman. Snow holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and computer methods from California State University, Long Beach. Ingram Micro Inc., headquartered in Santa Ana, Calif., is the world's largest wholesale distributor of technology and microcomputer products, with 1995 sales of $8.617 billion.
