INGRAM MICRO VETERAN APPOINTED TO VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND OPERATIONS, INGRAM ALLIANCE RESELLER COMPANYSANTA ANA, Calif., Sept. 13, 1996 Hanson, 33, supervises 37 associates in business development, operations and customer support. She has been with Ingram Alliance since its inception in August of 1994 and has been an instrumental force in the company's growth. According to Doug Antone, president of Ingram Alliance and senior vice president of Ingram Micro: "We continually strive to offer our customers new and innovative products and hands-on service; that's why we're in business. Suzy's dedication, drive and know-how have proved invaluable to Ingram Alliance and have contributed greatly to our success." Hanson joined Ingram Micro in November of 1982 as a customer service representative and then moved into inside sales. Before helping kick-start Ingram Alliance in 1994, Hanson worked in pricing and margin management for Ingram Micro. There she implemented an adjusted cost system and developed pricing models which are still utilized today.
