Ingram Micro Announces Outsource Agreement With GE Capital IT Solutions

Industrys largest technology distributor renews relationship with international reseller with its proven logistics engine and comprehensive supply chain management services

SANTA ANA, Calif., Oct. 26, 2000

Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM), the largest global wholesale provider of technology products and services, today announced a product and logistics management outsourcing agreement with GE Capital IT Solutions (GECITS), an industry leader in providing seamless solutions for technology management.

Under the terms of the agreement, Ingram Micro will provide GECITS with comprehensive services for product procurement, custom configuration, logistics, order fulfillment and returns management in the United States.
