Ingram Micro's IM-Logistics Division To Manage Logistics Services For Targus Group International

IM-Logistics To Provide Outsourced Logistics And Fulfillment For cdProjects

SANTA ANA, Calif., April 9, 2002 – Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM), the largest global wholesale provider of technology products and supply chain management services, announced today that its North American IM-Logistics division will manage outsourced logistics functions for Targus Group International’s cdProjects product line.

Under the new agreement, IM-Logistics serves as the outsourced logistics partner for Targus’ retail channel, overseeing warehousing, inventory management, fulfillment and transportation management. IM-Logistics provides direct fulfillment and customized merchandising services to more than 7,500 retail locations across North America.
